Check-in
Are you staying at our festival campsite during the Ameland Beach Rugby Festival? Then you can look forward to a weekend packed with rugby, great company, and festival vibes from Friday, June 12th to Sunday, June 14th, 2026.
Check-in opens on Friday, June 12th at 10:00 AM at the festival campsite reception. Please note: You can only check in at the festival campsite reception, not at the main reception of Camping Duinoord.

Campsite Mayor and Security
You can find the Campsite Mayors, security, and first aid team at the festival reception location, based in the gypsy wagon (pipowagen) on the campsite grounds.
The Campsite Mayor wears many hats. As the name suggests, he is in charge of everything ranging from a friendly host to, when necessary, a strict authority figure. His word is law!
Alongside the Campsite Mayor, our security guards will be familiar faces around the campsite. If they address you, you are expected to comply. There will also be two first-aid responders present at the festival campsite.
Tent upgrade!
Upgrade your camping spot during the Ameland Beach Rugby Festival 2026. A regular camping spot costs €75 per person, but for just about €30 extra per person (minimum of 5 or 6 people), you can stay in a fully equipped Duynlodge Tent on the festival campsite. No hassle, everything is set up and waiting for you upon arrival, so you can start enjoying your weekend on Ameland right away.
