The teams must present themselves in uniform. Jersey, shorts and socks (optional). It is recommended to wear 2 pairs of socks or a pair of soft shoes, such as boxing or wrestling shoes. Shoes with a hard sole or studs are not allowed. The first named (home) team is expected to provide the match ball.
